Tesab Showcased the latest range of equipment at these exhibitions and unveiled the New 1200TC Tracked Cone Crusher launched at Hillhead.

The planned unveiling of the New 1200TC Tracked Cone will be at Hillhead show in June. The launch of the tracked cone crusher from the Tesab Group completes the range of crushing and screening equipment offered by this well established manufacturer.

The 1200mm diameter cone crusher unit is a well proven design having established itself in static applications in Scandinavia and Australasia. It features a large opening and can accept up to 250mm feed size and also has a high reduction ratio of up to 16:1. Four sizes of concaves are available with a shared common mantle size.

Applications include hard rock quarrying, closed circuit with screening plant and also concrete recycling. Safety features include a metal detector system with automatic clearance design on feed conveyor and a large hydraulic accumulator to protect against tramp metal. The closed side setting of the cone can be adjusted while crushing.

 The Tesab working area will include the 1012TS Impact crusher with pre-screen feeding a Trackstack 8042T tracked conveyor with 11 metre stockpile capacity. Also on the stand will be the VL1000 Vessel Loader for Loading & Unloading applications and a Tesab TS3600 3 deck, 20’ x 5’ tracked screen.

This year at Intermat we will be exhibiting the 623CT Tracked Impact Crusher which now comes with a hydraulic folding hopper design. This means transport height is now under 3.4 metres and at 26 Ton leaves this compact mobile crusher ideal for moving between jobsites. With production rate of 150tph+ the 623CT compact impact crusher is pound for pound the best value crusher on the market.

The latest impact crusher model from Tesab is the 643T. This is based on the 643S crusher on a tracked chassis. The crusher consist of a prescreen on the unit to remove the fines prior to crushing. See more information under ’specialised products’ in the Products Section.
