Reporting directly to the Stores Manager the stores person will be responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating the safe offloading of goods from delivery vehicles whilst taking ownership for the checking, unloading, stocking and date entry of inventory.
Controlling and managing the delivery of incoming inventory out to production areas. Liaising with other departments in respect of kit updates, production shortages and stock replenishment. Picking, processing and packing of customer spares orders.
The successful applicant should have relevant experience working in a similar role. Experience in the material handling industry would be a distinct advantage.
Skills necessary: Good communicator, confident with checking and receiving paperwork, experience in operating forklift trucks.
R&D Design Engineer
Reporting directly to the Technical Director the R&D Engineer will play an important role in developing product design ideas into viable projects with a view to improving the characteristics and functionality of existing products and determining different types of products that will be of use in the industry.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in Engineering, with at least 3 years design experience in the materials handling industry.
Must be computer literate, Microsoft Office.
They will be a competent user of 3D Solid Modelling CAD and will have a sound technical aptitude of mechanical and hydraulic systems. Must have excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
Manufacturing Design Engineer
The Manufacturing Design Engineer will play an important role in developing design ideas and concepts, improving the characteristics and functionality of existing machines and determining different types of products that will be of use in the industry
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in Engineering, with at least 1 year industry experience.
Must be computer literate – Microsoft Office. They will be a competent user of 3D Solid Modelling CAD and will have a sound technical aptitude of mechanical and hydraulic systems.
Must have excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
As a production fitter you will work as part of an effective team to assemble crushing, screening and conveying equipment.
You will be responsible for the safe loading and offloading of deliveries, assemblies and parts. You will deliver production kits and stores goods to work units.
Applicants should be enthusiastic and keen to develop their knowledge and experience within the crushing and screening industry. They must also be planning to undertake relevant industry qualifications in the 21/22 academic year.
